Ten-channel 2.4 GHz FHSS/DSSS RC kit with crossover controllers, 8 switches, 4 coil. drivers. R9DS telemetry receiver. Memory of 15 models, mix of acro, gliders, heli, helicopters, up to 5 years. modes, freely assignable controllers and switches, telemetry on display.
AT9S is a ten-channel computer transmitter for recreational and sports modelers, allowing convenient control of all currently popular types of models - motorized aerobatic models, gliders, helicopters, multicopters, cars and other land vehicles and ships. It features a practical casing that fits perfectly in the hand and a classic, time-tested ergonomic arrangement of controls.

Controls: To control the main functions, a precise cross-control is used, with the ability to adjust the strength of the neutralizing springs and the possibility to move the locked gas axis to the left or right. This allows you to freely select the modes of cross controllers 1-4. The control levers are adjustable in length, and you can also buy long aluminum heads (with M3 threads). The digital trimmers have an audible step indication and a graphic display of the position. They are placed somewhat eccentrically and are easily accessible. Additional proportional functions can be controlled by two knobs on the back of the transmitter and two knobs located in the middle above the main power switch. the 8 switches (including three three-position and one momentary two-position) can be used as channel switches, to toggle flight modes or turn mixes on/off. The controls can be freely assigned.

Transmitter power supply: AT9S allows the use of a wide range of power sources: 8 alkaline batteries inserted into the holder supplied with the transmitter, 8-cell NiMH battery packs (AA size, pencil) or 2- to 4-cell LiPo, LiFe, lithium-ion packs. The battery voltage is shown on the display in numerical and graphical form, and there is an adjustable low-voltage indication threshold level. We recommend our 9.6V NIMH (Eneloop, RayLong) self-discharge cell packs made directly by transmitters and equipped with a charging tap.

Transmission system: AT9S uses unique Radiolink technology using simultaneous DSSS+FHSS transmission with frequency hopping to provide long range, reliability and excellent noise immunity. The system allows telemetry data to be transmitted from the receiver and displayed on the transmitter's display.

User interface: The transmitter programming uses a rotating wheel/button for 3D programming and two buttons along with a backlit, color graphic LCD display. The display has adjustable contrast and the ability to select "color on black" or "color on white" display modes, providing a perfect match to the surrounding lighting conditions.

Software: the software is of the classic type with preset mixes and program templates for different types of models. The AT9S has memory for 15 models.

The operating menu consists of three basic screens: The start screen is used to operate the transmitter in normal operation - it displays the type and name of the selected model, the current flight mode, the type of receiver being used, the position of the digital trimmers , the transmitter's power voltage, the timer data, and, if using a telemetry receiver, the power voltage receiver. The telemetry screen clearly displays data from all connected sensors and telemetry modules, and the Servo Monitor screen provides a graphical representation of servo movements in all channels.

The program menu is always divided into two parts for clarity - the BASIC menu contains the basic system settings of the encoder, basic model settings (model type, assignment of controls and switches, deviation magnitudes and returns, trim, sub-trim, double and exponential deviations, etc.). The ADVANCE advanced menu includes freely programmable mixes, special mixes specific to the model type (throttle and collective curves, butterfly mix, butterfly tail surface mix, etc.).

A micro USB socket (located under the cover on the bottom of the transmitter) is used to update the software with a PC. It is possible to upgrade the transmitter's software to 12-channel operation to enable the use of R12DS and R12DSM Mini receivers.

A teacher-student socket is used to control dual-control models using two Radiolink transmitters connected by a teacher-student cable; the AT9S can serve as both a teacher and student transmitter. Acting as a teacher's transmitter, it allows the student to transmit all channels or only selected channels; it is also possible to partially transfer control to the student. In addition to the classic cable (1RL0058), it is also possible to use a wireless connection using a receiver with PPM output connected with a special adapter (1RL0056) to the teacher-student socket of the teacher transmitter; the receiver is paired with the student transmitter.

Strap: You can hang the AT9S around your neck on the center hanger using the strap provided in the RC kit.

Telemetry: When using a telemetry receiver (R9DS), the transmitter's display shows the receiver's power voltage and signal strength (with adjustable warning threshold level). When the PRM-01 telemetry module is connected, the drive battery voltage (1-6S LiPo) is also measured and displayed.
