HOBBYWING PROGRAMMING box LCD PRO (30502002)

Multifunction LCD PRO Programmer for selected Hobbywing series controllers for cars, airplanes and boats, is used for easy and fast programming of controllers - both at home "on the table" and at the airport. In addition, it can be used as a USB Interface to connect the controller to a PC for programming using USB Link software and software updates, or as a Bluetooth OTA module to allow configuration, software updates and loading of operating data stored in the controller using a mobile app (iOS and Android) It is also equipped with an input to measure the total voltage and voltage of individual cells of 2-8S LiPo packs.

1. It is used for programming the controller
The controller is connected via a servo cable or a special programming cable, the sockets are located on the left side of the case. Power to the box is supplied from the BEC power stabilizer of the Hobbywing regulator or (in the case of the OPTO regulator) from a regular 4-5-cell. NiCd/NiMH or 2-3S LiPo/LiFe receiver battery connected to the power socket of the box. Programming is done with the motor and drive battery connected (also for OPTO controllers).
Programming uses the programming wheel/button and two buttons located on the front panel of the box. With these you select and set the desired functions in the menu on the oLCD display of the programmer. You can also save the set parameters in the programmer's memory and transfer them to another controller of the same type at any time.
How to connect a controller to the LCD PRO Multifunction Programming Box depends on the type of controller - it varies depending on whether it is a controller with a BEC power stabilizer or an OPTO controller, whether the controller has a special programming cable or socket, etc. When connecting, follow the instructions included with the box and controller carefully.

2. Use as a USB INTERFACE to connect the controller to a PC
When the controller is connected, the LCD PRO programmer connects to a PC (Windows PC only) using a USB (Type C) cable. After running the USB Link program, you can easily configure the controller on the PC or update its software with the PC.

3. Use as a Bluetooth OTA module to connect to a mobile application
Once the controller is connected, the LCD PRO programmer will connect via Bluetooth to the HW LINK V2 mobile app (available for iOS and Android), where you can set the controller's parameters, update its software or retrieve operating data stored in the controller's memory.

4. Use as a voltmeter to check the voltage of lipo batteries
Connect the kit's service connector to the "BATTERY CHECK" socket on the side of the box; the display will then show the voltage of the entire kit and individual cells. (When measuring the voltage, the LCD programmer is powered from the service connector of the set being measured; it does not need an additional source.)
