High-end linear regulator (BEC) dedicated especially to models with internal combustion engines weighing up to 13kg and with gasoline engines up to 120cc. This regulator will handle up to 10 digital servos each with a torque of 30kg. The regulator has two separate inputs for the use of two 2S Li-pol packs, with automatic switching between inputs and equalization of voltages in both packs. Of course, it is possible to operate on only one power pack. On the output side, it has 4 stabilized current outputs. Instead of a standard circuit breaker, it has a top-class FSS-3 (fail safe switch). The switch has an LED-illuminated dial which, when lit, indicates that the device is on. The design of the regulator using the FSS-3 switch, the solutions used, very good cooling in the form of a heat sink (with the possibility of installing an optional cooler) ensure failure-free operation. Failure of the FSS-3 switch, voltage meters, output voltage switch do not cause the device to shut down. Failure of the output voltage switch results in a 5V output voltage setting.

This regulator connected to power packs of 5.3-8.4V (maximum 10V) reduces and stabilizes the voltage at 5V, 6V or 7.4V (your choice), which can be used to power the receiver, servos, gyroscope, etc. when you do not have a BEC and do not want an additional 4.8V luv 6V pack, and when the BEC integrated (built-in) with the speed controller is too weak to handle the current of more servos and other components.

For internal combustion models, it can be used as a voltage reducer when using li-ion or li-pol 2S packs. The obvious advantage is the large capacity of such a package and low weight (li-pol).

The VR PRO Duo regulator is characterized by stable voltage level at the output, high current capacity of up to 15A and no electromagnetic interference.

The rail of input and output ports in the plane of the regulator allows convenient routing of cables and reduction of the required space. The output section of the regulator is based on two MosFET power transistors. The regulator's MCU precisely controls the FSS-3 switch state and voltage. Low internal losses make it possible to maximize the capacity of the power pack, especially in HV mode.

The VR Pro Duo regulator has a built-in dual three-color voltage meter separately for each power pack.

The assembly on the regulator's board is made using SMT technology, the input and output ports are provided with high-quality tantalum capacitors and for 100% assurance of the quality of the goods, all regulators are thoroughly checked before leaving the factory.

The regulator has four current sockets on the left side to which batteries (the manufacturer recommends Dualsky 2S 25C packs) are connected via special adapters, four stabilized current outputs, four connectors for connection to the receiver, a port for a fan (optional) and a switch port (optional).
