New 2024 from Kavan !
KAVAN V20 is an advanced 24-channel RC kit using 2.4GHz simultaneous dual-frequency transmission system with full telemetry support. It features superior response of up to 4 ms over distances up to tens of kilometers. There is also a choice of ACCST D16 or ACCESS transmission systems, also with telemetry. The V20 can therefore be paired with the entire range of KAVAN or FrSky receivers, both telemetry and not, with classic PWM and S.BUS outputs.
The V20 is suitable for both advanced and sport pilots. It is great for controlling various aircraft or helicopter/multicopter models. It can be easily configured, for example, even for ships or land models. You will take advantage of the wide range of functions and mixes available in the ETHOS™ operating system. You can conveniently adjust them according to your preferences on the large color touchscreen display.
You have at your disposal a pair of precision cross controllers mounted on 10 ball bearings. This guarantees perfectly smooth lever movement in every direction. Their position is detected by high-quality Hall sensors. Compared to potentiometers, they have ahigher resolution and do not suffer from mechanical wear (mostly around the center position), and can withstand moisture and dust better . This makes the control more precise and reliable.
For controlling other functions, there are 6 three-position switches, 2 two-position switches (1 momentary), 2 side rotary knobs, 6 user-programmable buttons (front) and two momentary buttons (rear). The built-in 6-axis gyro sensor can be set to control the gas channel, control mixture deviation, and also be used to wake up the display. The trim levers and knobs are all-metal, precision CNC-machined. The design of the control layout and ergonomics of the body is the result of dozens of hours of testing and fine-tuning by the KAVAN team.
The body of the transmitter is solid and fits perfectly in the hand. Rubberized grips on the sides and back of the transmitter provide a firm, comfortable and secure grip. From here you can easily reach all the controls. The gimbals are close to the edge of the transmitter. You don't even need a tabletop to hold the transmitter comfortably. For maximum ergonomics, you can also buy long tuning levers with switches. The cross knobs can be rotated by up to 8° and their range of motion can be limited to 45-60°. Of course, it is also possible to adjust the strength of the neutralization and stop springs. To change the mode, simply select the desired mode in the settings menu and set the throttle lock in a few moments.
TheV20 has memory for up to 64 models, which can be expanded using a microSD card. In addition to displaying telemetry data on the display, voice messages and vibration feedback are also available. Audio can be transmitted both via a cable with a 3.5mm jack connector. Teacher-student mode is also available via cable or Bluetooth®.
It is powered by a2S LiPo battery with a capacity of 4,000 mAh, which can be charged directly via USB-C. The transmitter is equipped with a balancer (±50 mV) for 2S LiPo batteries and charges with 2 A at 5 V.
