Performance and reliability
Built with high-quality components and combined with state-of-the-art firmware, the Seaking 180A V3 features unmatched performance and reliability. There are multiple safety control options in use, with the implementation of low-voltage cutoff protection, thermal protection and throttle loss protection.
Efficient cooling system
Hobbywing's patented Seaking 180A V3 copper power board shield , made of thermally conductive rod, enables efficient and effective heat transfer to the integrated CNC-machined, water-cooled aluminum heat sink housing, keeping the regulator as cool as possible.
Waterproof design and built-in BEC
100% waterproof without the need for additional protection. Built-in BEC mode switch with maximum output power of 6 A and 6 V makes this ESC compatible with high voltage servos.
Special algorithm designed
The special algorithm implemented in the ESC makes acceleration more amazing and sailing more stable.
Separate PRG/FAN port
A separate PRG/FAN port on the ESC can connect the ESC to the program box (using a tri-color programming cable) and start programming the ESC.

Installation and connection
Connect the ESC, motor, receiver, battery and servo according to the wiring diagram below (Figure 1/2). The three wires from the ESC to the motor have no polarity, so feel free to connect them. Re-check all connections and make sure they are properly connected before proceeding to step 2. (You may need to swap two wires if the motor is running in reverse.)
For safety reasons, always keep the :screw" away from the human body or other objects.
The red input wire is the positive pole, the black input wire is the negative pole.
In the picture:
1) Figure 1 shows Seaking-30A-V3, Seaking-60A-V3 and other regulators that work with one LiPo battery; this is a wiring diagram with 1 battery.
2) Figure 2 shows Seaking-120A-V3, Seaking-180A-V3, Seaking-130A-HV-V3 (without switch) and other regulators that can work with two LiPo batteries; this is a wiring diagram with 2 batteries.
