E MAX GT2210 / 09 brushless motor
Distinctive features of the E MAX GT series engines.
- improved profile of the front plate of the housing, which resulted in a significant improvement in cooling conditions. In practice, this means a lower operating temperature and, consequently, an increase in engine efficiency.
- high quality 0.2mm silicon steel coils, which lower the operating temperature and increase the efficiency of the motor.
- the possibility of double-sided assembly of the engine without its modification, it is provided by an additional - optional shaft attached to the engine. The package also includes an engine mounting cradle.
- increased diameter of the shaft, which reduces the likelihood of damage in unfortunate landings, and increases the precision of the propeller's axial mounting - which directly reduces vibrations.
- higher quality bearings, better able to withstand high temperatures.
- greater flexibility in terms of the use of supply voltage and propeller
- increased efficiency
- new - solid and tasteful at the same time, protecting the precise motor during transport
Technical data:
- number of power cells [LiPo]: 2 - 3
- KV coefficient [rpm]: 1780
- maximum string [g]: 750
- maximum current consumption [A]: 18
- maximum power [W]: 144
- recommended propeller diameter [cale]: 8 x 4/9 x 4.7
- recommended model weight [g]: 600 - 800
- motor diameter [mm]: 28.5
- motor length without shaft [mm]: 28.5
- shaft diameter [mm]: 4
- engine weight [g]: 55
General rules for the selection of electric motors to drive flying models:
- for training models and models that do not require a large excess of power, the upper limit of the recommended model weight given in the technical data applies.
- for aerobatic models, aerobatic mock-ups, high-speed models and models with a need for more excess power, the lower limit of the recommended model weight given in the technical data applies.
- in the case of a smaller number of power cells, the drive will have lower revolutions, and depending on the propeller diameter, higher or lower power consumption (larger diameter - higher current consumption).
- in the case of more power cells, the drive will have higher revolutions, and depending on the propeller diameter, higher or lower power consumption (larger diameter - higher current consumption).
- smaller diameter propellers, and therefore higher rotational speed, result in higher model speed.
- larger diameter propellers, and therefore lower rotational speed, result in a lower model speed.
- the higher the current consumption, the shorter the operating time of the drive unit, which results in the need to replace power sources more often.
- the use of a drive with more power cells, on the one hand, increases the power of the drive unit, but on the other hand, the demand for this power increases due to the greater total weight. Therefore, not always using the maximum number of power cells gives the best results. This rule applies especially to models with low weight (up to 2000g).
