Your favorite PULSE 2200 is back in version 2 - nimble, with new more powerful and faster servos and many other improvements, such as precision ball joints on the control rods. The PULSE 2200 V2 has a fully mechanized wing with ailerons and flaps, rugged carbon-reinforced EPO foam construction and a 600-800 Watt AC motor, providing enough power for aerobatic and downhill flying. An excellent recreational "machine" at which any at least slightly advanced pilot can have fun.

The fuselage of the model is made of very durable EPO (extruded polyolefin) foam with solid internal reinforcements. On the bow is mounted a C3548-750 AC electric motor with a folding 11×8" propeller and a KAVAN R-50SB Plus controller with a powerful BEC power stabilizer necessary to power the 6 servos on board. The cockpit cover is removable, attached to the front with a pin, to the rear with a magnet. At the bow you will find enough space for the propulsion battery and receiver. The rudder and elevator servos are located in the rear of the fuselage, the rudder control is done with short straight cylinders.

The wing of the EPO foam model is two-piece with carbon beams, the protruding parts of which also serve as a wing joint fitted into duralumin bushings in the fuselage. The wing halves are secured with a plastic screw. The ailerons (reinforced with a carbon flange) and flaps are controlled independently by two servos with short straight cylinders.

The tail surfaces are also made of EPO foam with carbon-fiber flange reinforcements. The two-piece horizontal ballast attaches to the keel with a carbon fastener and a pair of bolts for easy installation and removal.

For power, you will need a four-cell LiPo battery with a capacity of 2600-4000 mAh and an endurance of at least 30C. Choose a specific type so that the correct center of gravity position is best for you without further weighting.

You can also use a six-channel computer RC kit without special features to control the model - in the basic version, the ailerons and flaps are connected by "Y" cables to only one channel. The ideal, of course, is to use at least a seven-channel computerized RC set that allows independent control of ailerons and flaps with two servos and their mixing in the role of a butterfly brake (both ailerons deflect up, both flaps down). In this case, it is necessary to connect the aileron and flap servos separately. Of course, the manual includes a detailed table with proven default rudder deflection settings, making it easy to prepare the Pulse 2200 V2 for flight, even if this is your first model with a "fully mechanized" wing.

The ARF kit includes: finished fuselage, EPO foam wing and tail surfaces with installed motor, propeller, regulator and 6 servos, instructions.
