S-BUS cable decoder for connecting one classic servo (analog and digital) or electronic speed controller to the S.BUS or S.BUS2 serial bus, adapted to analog and digital servos with 3.7-7.4 V (nominal), operating voltage range 3.5-8.4V
Any channel number can be assigned to the SBD-3 output (the default setting is CH3), so that the connected classic servo or controller will respond to the control signal of a given channel. Channel numbers can be assigned to the decoder output using:
Using a decoder: The SBD-3 input is connected to the S.BUS or S.BUS2 port of the receiver (or to a hub connected to the S.BUS port) and a classic servo (analog and digital) or a speed controller is connected to the output. It is also possible to connect the S.BUS or S.BUS2 servo; in this case the S.BUS / S.BUS2 servo will work classically on the channel that is set for the SBD-3 output, not on the channel saved in the servo memory.
