XOAR propellers are made of the highest quality beech wood from German Pollmeier Lumber, which provides excellent physical properties such as minimizing elongation, minimizing distortion during operation under different temperature conditions. XOAR propellers are computer-designed, and the manufacturing process is carried out with CNC machining and manual finishing. This sets XOAR products apart from the competition. The finishing treatment involves coating the product with two coats of primer and two coats of glossy protective coating. Finally, each propeller is balanced by hand. The laminated propellers of the PJH F3A series have a unique profile shape, as they are designed for the propellers used in F3A competition. In this competition, the model needs to maintain a constant speed throughout the flight and must have a low noise level. The maximum size of the model is 2m x 2m, the weight is 5kg, and the maximum noise level is 92db. The PJH F3A series is designed precisely for these parameters and features the highest energy efficiency, with a specially designed tip for the lowest noise level.
The laminated propellers of the PJH F3A series are made exclusively from the best quality Pollmeier wood with hand-selected material for the upper part of the propeller, which ensures excellent physical properties. Each layer is no thicker than 1mm, and with the best combination of wood and glue, the propellers achieve high resistance to bending, heat and high performance at high rpm and higher pressure. XOAR PJH F3A series is recommended for both glow and gasoline engines.
