Xoar propellers are made of the highest quality beech wood from German Pollmeier Lumber, which provides excellent physical properties such as minimizing elongation, minimizing distortion when operating under different temperatures.
Xoar propellers are computer-designed, and the manufacturing process is carried out with CNC machining and manual finishing. This sets Xoar products apart from the competition.
The finishing treatment involves coating the product with two coats of primer and two coats of glossy protective coating. Finally, each propeller is balanced by hand.
