Xoar propellers are made of the highest quality beech wood by German Pollmeier Lumber, which ensures excellent physical properties such as: minimizing elongation, minimizing distortions when working in different temperatures.
Xoar propellers are computer-designed, and the manufacturing process is carried out by CNC machining and manual post-processing. This sets Xoar products apart from the competition.
The finishing treatment consists in coating the product with two layers of a primer coat and two layers of a glossy protective coat. Finally, each propeller is balanced by hand.

Xoar PJB Beechwood Prop, is a series of square-tipped propellers. This propeller shape absorbs energy more efficiently, thereby increasing the overall thrust to weight ratio without increasing the propeller diameter. The Xoar PJB series is recommended for gasoline engines, but can be used with all internal combustion engines.
