Xoar propellers are made of the highest quality beech wood by German Pollmeier Lumber, which ensures excellent physical properties such as: minimizing elongation, minimizing distortions when working in different temperatures.
Xoar propellers are computer-designed, and the manufacturing process is carried out by CNC machining and manual post-processing. This sets Xoar products apart from the competition.
The finishing treatment consists in coating the product with two layers of a primer coat and two layers of a glossy protective coat. Finally, each propeller is balanced by hand.
