Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) - traction control.
The traction control system is built into the 5-channel TQI 2.4GHz Traxxas Link TSM receiver. Combined with the low center of gravity and traction control system, Slash takes on completely new handling characteristics.
Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) allows you to make the most of the full power, speed and acceleration of Slash 4X4 . Traction control is particularly effective when driving on slippery surfaces, smooth concrete, ice and snow. The TSM system corrects the trajectory when accelerating to ensure the full use of propulsion. TSM also works when cornering, making corrections to maintain your chosen line of travel. This allows you to maintain higher speed in the turn and faster exit from it. During braking, TSM keeps track until it comes to a stop.
In the traction control system, Traxxas has used the latest algorithms that run invisibly in the background, never restricting the throttle. The TSM can be individually tuned or completely turned off depending on the current road surface and its condition as well as the driver's preferences. The control over the system is ensured by a multifunctional knob mounted in the transmitter. The usefulness of Traxxas Stability Managemen is best demonstrated by turning the system off after an extended period of use.

E-Revo driveline.

The drive system was built for the needs of one of the most powerful drives based on a brushless motor powered by 6 LiPo packets. Such a powerful drive is the best recipe for self-destruction of the car structure, and the occurring extreme forces are a real challenge for the constructor.

Waterproof MXL-6s Brushless Power System.

The " Waterproof MXL-6s" power unit is one of the most powerful power units, based on power packets composed of six cells. The "MXL-6s" regulator is equipped with gold-plated 6.5mm diameter connectors to transfer extremely high currents and a high-performance heat sink. cooled by an integral fan. The current version of this regulator is waterproof. The 2200kV 75mm brushless motor is made of aluminum in the form of a huge heat sink that can withstand extremely high currents. The motor is based on neodymium magnets, high-quality bearings, and the torque is transmitted by a 5-millimeter shaft.

Traxxas Link App.

This powerful application gives you complete control over the functioning of your radio system. Now you have the option to install Traxxas telemetry sensors and App Link will display all data in real time: speed, engine RPM, pack voltage, motor temperature, power pack and regulator. Traxxas App Link is designed for use with Android or Apple iOS 4.4+ 4.3+ .

Intuitive iPhone and iPod interface.

Traxxas Link collects and stores real-time telemetry data while driving. Traxxas Link dashboard shows speed, battery voltage, RPM and temperature. The app automatically detects and recognizes Traxxas Link sensors. The dashboard is fully customizable and can display the parameters of nine sensors simultaneously.
Once you have made the best settings for your model, you can save them as a profile that you can apply to another model later. If you make changes to your profile, you can save it as new.

Factory installed telemetry sensors.

E-Revo is fully equipped with a set of telemetry sensors. They allow, using the Traxxas Link application, to record in real time such telemetry data as:

• speed
• voltage of drive packages
• engine speed
• temperature

The Traxas Link app automatically detects telemetry sensors and is easy to install and configure.

NiMh packages with the iD system.

Traxxas NiMh iD packages are optimized for use with the NiMh 4A charger, ensuring maximum use of available capacity. Traxxas took care of the highest quality of components and low internal resistance of individual cells of the package provided with high -current electrical connectors

NiMh 4A fast charger.

Fast, convenient and hassle-free charging of the package is provided by a fast DC12V DC charger with a charging current of 4A . The charger has been designed to shorten the charging time and extend the life of the model.
NiMH charger 4A uses a constant voltage of 12 V available in universal sockets and has been optimized for charging Traxxas iD packages . The peak detection system ensures that the maximum package capacity is obtained after the end of the charging process. The LED flashes green during the charging process, and after it is finished it shines continuously.

Low center of gravity.

The low center of gravity ( Low - CG ) guarantees the possibility of obtaining high speeds while maintaining the stability of the car on the road. The chassis of the E-Revo has been designed both in this respect and in terms of an integrated low-weight design.
In order to allow users to use a variety of batteries ( NiMh, LiPo ), a mounting system has been designed to allow this. The way the receiver is mounted is noteworthy, as it guarantees water resistance of the most important element of electronic equipment.

Ventilation of drive packages.

High currents cause high temperatures. Consequently, cooling of the drive packages is necessary. For this purpose, air holders have been designed to improve cooling conditions.

Fast mounting of drive packages.

The chassis includes containers for quick mounting of drive packages, which are an integral part of the structure. You don't have to worry about loose elements attached with clips, that is, everything that can be lost along the way. It is enough to press two latches, bend the cover and pull out the package.

Adjustable mounting of drive packages.

The containers have adjustable stops that allow the package to be fixed in the front or rear position. When installing large packages - simply remove the limiters. Additional springs press the packages to the lower shelf, setting a low center of gravity each time.

Double directional control system.

Assuming achieving really high speeds, it was necessary to equip the "E-Revo" with the "dual-servo" steering system. Each servo has 125oz of torque, which allows for precise steering control.
