It binds when exposed to moisture in the air. The formed foam precisely fills the epp pores, which makes the joint very strong and semi-flexible - in contrast to the one made with e.g. cyanoacrylate glue.
During use, basic safety precautions must be observed, it is highly poisonous and its vapors are harmful. Keep away from children.
