FUTABA ELECTRONIC SWITCH CPS-1

The CPS-1 is a smart RC switch for LED lights that allows you to turn on and off very high brightness LEDs or even several LEDs (of the same type) connected in parallel up to a total current consumption of 200 mA. It is ideal for controlling position lights on flying models and ships, landing lights, headlights and, above all, all kinds of lights on model cars and other ground vehicles.

Basic application with RC kits (not only Futaba)

The CPS-1 connects to the channel of the RC kit to which the two-position switch on the transmitter is assigned to turn the LED light on/off. The CPS-1 is powered from the receiver, and can operate on a voltage equivalent to 4-5 ch. NiMH rechargeable battery (4.8-6.0 volts).

Use with Futaba RC kits with CPS mix

You can use the full capabilities of the CPS-1 with Futaba RC kits equipped with the CPS mix, which allows you to select off/on or flashing modes with adjustable frequency and easily assign a switch for manual on/off or the status of controlled model functions when the lights are turned on:

• manual switching with the assigned switch
• switching on in neutral gear
• engagement from neutral steering
• engagement in neutral gear
• switching on while driving forward
• switching on while reversing
• switching on during braking
• switch on at idle while braking
