The Zeppelin LZ 129 Hindenburg was named in honor of German President Paul von Hindenburg. It was one of the largest airships ever built. The maiden voyage took place in March 1936.

The model consists of precision laser-cut plywood parts for self-assembly and an acrylic glass display case. Detailed illustrated instructions are included for easy assembly
