OLFA PRECISION SCALPEL (AK-4 / BP)

A professional knife for artistic and modeling works by the Japanese company Olfa.

The knife allows for precise cutting of various materials - from delicate foils to small elements made of plastics and soft wood. The metal blade holder and the well-balanced handle made of fiberglass-filled composite allow for precise cutting with high force. The clamp (1) located in the sleeve (3) is divided into two parts. Between them there is a U-shaped spring (2), which when unscrewing the sleeve (3) causes the clamp (1) to spread apart, allowing the used blade to slide out and insert a new blade.
The shape of the handle prevents the knife from rolling off the worktop. A wide selection of blades of various shapes is available, which significantly extends the scope of the knife's use.
