The FA-30 S (H) motor is SAITO's smallest 4-barrel engine. It is recommended as a replacement for 2-barrel engines with a capacity of about 3.5 - 4 cm ^{3 both} in small aerobatic aircraft , as well as for small reduction models. Despite a mere 5 cm 3 capacity and 0.5 horsepower, the FA-30 S (H) engine generates as much as 1 kg of static thrust, with a 10 x 5 APC propeller that is large for this capacity, making it a fairly versatile power unit in the .20 and .30 aircraft class, especially when its very low empty weight is taken into account.
