Internal combustion engine from Japanese company O.S. Max for model cars.

This engine inherits the smoothness and ease of operation from its predecessor, the OS SPEED R21 EURO Spec. By overhauling the crankshaft counterbalance, power delivery in the low and mid ranges has been improved. Smooth rpm drop and stability at idle have also been improved, and optimal performance is evident even on long and difficult race tracks. Following on from the previous model, every part has been improved, including the outer head, with a new design to improve cooling performance.
