NITROCELLON 100 ml / for bonding KAVAN (KAV9988)

Clear nitro varnish for gluing papers and canvases. A classic formula proven by generations of modelers and real aircraft builders. For application by brush or roller.

Use: As a rule, apply undiluted (use KAVAN Standard if necessary); apply to the frame with a soft flat brush or roller. Immediately press and smooth the backing paper or canvas; remove air bubbles with a brush or roller. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours and sand with fine 600-1000 grit sandpaper. If applied to a model with an internal combustion engine, it is necessary to apply a fuel-resistant topcoat (e.g. KAV56.9990 KAVAN topcoat POLY, 5MA4401 RC Color clear spray paint).

Removal of excess undried varnish: cloth or paper napkin moistened with KAVAN Standard.

Suitable for: modeling, covering papers and textiles, such as interlining, covering canvas.

Not suitable for: materials not resistant to organic solvents (polystyrene, etc.).

Use in well-ventilated areas, use protective clothing (especially respiratory masks, etc...)

Storage: In a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at 15°C to 25°C). Do not expose to temperatures below 5°C and under no circumstances to frost.

Shelf life: Under proper storage conditions, we guarantee shelf life in the original, unopened packaging for up to 1 year while maintaining the above-mentioned product properties.
