The customer is aware that these rechargeable batteries must be used only with a device with proper protection. Li-Ion cells without PCM/PCB/BMS protection circuit purchased from Max Ltd. are not covered by the warranty.

Precautions:

- to charge the battery, use high quality chargers with a charge cut-off at a voltage not higher than 4.2V
- do not allow the battery to be discharged below 2.5V
- do not discharge the battery with currents higher than those specified below
- do not charge the battery with currents higher than those specified below
- do not short-circuit the battery pack
- do not carry with metal parts (risk of short circuit and burns)
- do not allow the battery to overheat above the temperatures specified by the manufacturer
- do not use batteries with damaged lagging/foil
- do not use batteries with damaged or dented housing
- do not allow contact with water or other liquids - do not solder plates or wires with an ordinary soldering iron

Do not leave the battery while charging unattended !
