STARTING PANEL (212-4) Q-MODEL BROWNIE

The Q-Model type 212-4 manual starter panel is the perfect, compact starter tool for any type of glow-ignition combustion engine.

Although the device fulfills the role of a start panel, it is not a typical starter device mounted in modeling boxes. The small size and light, full metal housing of the device make the product suitable for more mobile solutions without installing it in a larger box.

The panel is powered directly by 12V (preferably a Pb 12V gel battery)

However, regardless of the possibility of mounting the panel itself, it is equipped with all the outputs necessary for connecting starting devices:

• 2x Banana 4mm socket for a starter or a 12V electric pump
• 2x PIN socket for candle filament

In addition, the panel also has a charger for 1.2V NiCD / NiMH batteries installed in manual clips-filament candles. Thanks to the output in the shape of a glow plug, all you need to do to start charging is to put the clip on it with the battery installed inside - charging will start automatically.

The work with engine start-up is also helped by three LEDs:

• "POWER INDICATOR" LED indicating 12V power supply
• The "OVERHEAT" LED indicates a dangerous increase in temperature of the device
• "OUTPUT INDICATOR" diode alarming about the simultaneous use of the charger and the glow plug output (for the best current efficiency, it is not recommended to use the charger and glow plug at the same time)

The panel also includes a current protection against possible overload.

• Dimensions (W x H x D): 95 x 61 x 21 mm.

For the convenience of installing current connections, the manufacturer has included sets of connectors ready to be earned:

• Crocodile clips allowing to connect the panel to the 12V battery
• Two 4mm banana connectors with red and black plastic housing
• Two pin plugs for connecting the lead from the candle filament
