Thanks to the innovative PIC HL ER SUPER BOARD, you have the opportunity to build your own models according to your own wishes. It doesn't matter if it is a sailplane, RC model, vehicle or stationary model, SUPER BOARD is the perfect material. PIC HL ER SUPER BOARD is more durable and tear-resistant than EPP and has an even smoother surface than DEPRON.

SUPER BOARD is delivered sorted, secured and packed in flat packages.

  • The material thickness of 1 to 2 mm is ideal for flying models up to approx. 30 g
  • A material thickness of 2 to 5 mm is used for flying models up to approximately 200 g
  • Material thickness from 5 to 8 mm is ideal for flying models up to around 500g

Surfaces:
PIC HL ER SUPER BOARD is super smooth and bright white on both sides. Due to its very low weight, it is especially recommended for the construction of flying models. Individual panels are factory-cut from the foam block with a very sharp knife mechanism. This gives the highest quality "as if from one source". If you look very closely you will see a very delicate "ice crystal" on the surface.

Treatment:
The PIC HL ER SUPER BOARD can be easily cut with a router, laser, hot wire, sharp knife or jigsaw. You can use UHU por glue, hot glue or super glue as the glue (always try to glue it on the waste material so as not to damage the material). The material can be varnished or painted, among others EXTRON PALETTI spray paints, acrylic paints, watercolors, felt and wax crayons. Particularly interesting is its excellent suitability for digital printing. The material can be heated and permanently bent.
