KAVAN PRO 2225-1600 ENGINE

KAVAN PRO motors are high-performance brushless fourteen-pole rotary electric motors ("outrunner") with excellent electrical characteristics, thoughtful design and top quality workmanship. Shafts made of hardened steel and high-quality bearings ensure a long service life, high-quality materials used for the stator and rotor also guarantee excellent performance with high efficiency. These are slow-speed, high-torque motors that can cope with large-diameter propellers without the need for gears.

The KAVAN PRO 2225-1600 is a small-diameter miniature AC motor designed to propel small models with a flight weight of up to 450 g using a two- or three-cell LiPo battery. The motor has been specially developed to drive two-meter long, slim-fuselage RES gliders such as the KAVAN MIRAI and MIRAI V.

Engine assembly: KAVAN PRO 2225-1600 is designed for front mounting only. Use at least two (opposite) or four M2.5 screws that extend 3-4 mm from the front of the engine. The engine baffle should be made of aviation plywood with a thickness of min. 2 mm.
