OLFA SAFETY KNIFE (SK-16)

A professional tool for unpacking goods, specially developed for safe work. This is a knife with a concealed replaceable blade, designed for jobs that require more force. The solid handle and strong 6.5mm wide, 0.7mm thick blade allow you to cut through thicker materials.
The knife can be used to cut through corrugated cardboard boxes, rubber sheets and even materials such as floor covering. The front, gray body, is made of a material that has excellent wear resistance and can withstand heavy use.

The hidden blade makes it difficult to damage the contents of the package. This is because the tip of the blade is sheathed, and the material to be cut is scooped up/graphed and cut. The metal triangular protrusion at the end of the handle allows cutting packaging tape without using the actual blade, which significantly increases the safety and duration of its use of the essential blade.

The knife's design maximally limits the exposure of the cutting edge, making it difficult for the user to make direct contact with the blade. When the blade becomes dull, it can be replaced without the use of additional tools and the risk of accidental injury. The blade replacement system was developed for those who face the need to replace the blade more often in conditions of heavy knife use. The blade lock slider can be released on both sides of the handle. Disconnecting the blade from the handle does not compromise its integrity and it can be used again.
The stainless steel blade does not corrode when exposed to moisture. If it gets wet, simply wipe it off with a dry cloth.
