Characteristic
The Futaba R7014SB RC receiver with FASSTest and FASST modulations is designed for larger RC models of airplanes or helicopters. The receiver has 14 PWM outputs (channels 1 to 12, DG1 and DG2) as well as S.BUS and S.BUS2 outputs, on which all 18 channels are available. The receiver has a miniature size and a weight of only 21g, so it will not be a problem to place it in narrow hulls or limited spaces.
Futaba R7014SB receiver replaces R6014HS receiver.
The R7014SB receiver is equipped with 2 antennas ensuring spatial differentiation of the signal reception from the transmitter. If all 18 channels are required, we recommend using the Futaba SBD-2 decoder.
Receiver modes
DG1 output from SBUS is on a common connector. The receiver can be set using the button so that the output is either a classic DG1 or S.BUS output.
Compatibility with Futaba MPDX-1 multiplexer
Receiver Futaba R7018SB it is compatible with the Futaba MPDX-1 expansion module. MPDX-1 works with Futaba 18SZ, 18MZ, FX-30, FX-32 and FX-40 transmitters.
- If the transmitter is paired with the FASSTest modulation, the configuration is automatic.
- If it is paired with FASST modulation, it must be manually configured.
Compatible with FASSTest and FASST modulations
The Futaba R7014SB receiver is compatible with Futaba FASSTest and Futaba FASST modulations. The modulation type is set with the button on the receiver. You can select FASSTest, FASST MULT High Speed (only for digital servos) and FASST MULT Normal Speed (for standard servos). Telemetry is only available in FASSTest modulation.
