XM3548EGL-9 DUAL ENGINE

The Dualsky XM3548EGL-9 engine is based on the 3rd generation EA series engine and is offered with a dedicated MFE G2 extension for easy electrification of glider mockups and installation in tight fuselages. A line for the most demanding users.

Features of EA DUROTATE motors compared to CA series:

• DUROTATE rotor - changed shape of the rear part of the rotor, improved efficiency of the engine in the middle RPM range, reduced air noise
• improved stator base (front part of the motor) for better heat dissipation
• increased engine efficiency through greater precision of stator and rotor matching (smaller gap between stator and rotor)
• the possibility of vibration has been reduced to a minimum, thanks to which the EA series motors can withstand higher loads
• the winding is thinner, covered with a varnish resistant to higher temperatures (insulation), thanks to which the insulation is better and at the same time the internal resistance is reduced
• a wider selection of EA series motors with optimally tuned KV (revolutions per Volt) allow for the most appropriate engine selection for a given application
• EA series engines in comparison to the CA series in the same size class provide 10-20% more power and at the same time the efficiency increases by 3-5%.
