IC-2000™ is a cyanoacrylate that has the consistency of cured rubber when cured. It provides high impact resistance when bonding non-porous materials. The black glue increases the flexibility of the joints of joined metals, laminates, rubber, carbon fiber and other modern materials. In modeling, IC-2000™ glue is suitable for joining bulkheads and servo attachments in fiberglass ship and aircraft fuselages. The working time is 20-40 seconds, curing can be accelerated by using the INSTA-SET™ gas pedal. The cured adhesive is flexible enough to be shaped with a knife. IC-2000™ adhesive is best suited for bonding tires to the rims of remote control model cars.
