Quick connector made of heat shrinkable material with tin is indispensable when we need to securely and permanently connect or repair wires. In the center of the heat shrinkable tube is a ring with tin, which when heated to about 150ºC melts, thus connecting the wires.
Inside the quick connector there are 2 layers of glue to strengthen and protect the connection of the wires from moisture
Once the wires are joined, no additional insulation is needed
The connector increases the safety and durability of the connection, providing quick installation without a press
The set includes quick disconnects for wires:
1) wire range: 4.00~6.00mm2 (12-10 AWG)
tube length: approx 40mm
inner diameter: approx 5.8mm
working temperature: -55°C ~ 125°C
tin shrinking and melting temperature: above 150°C
shrinkage ratio: 3:1
insulating material: Polyolefn
2) wire range: 0.25~0.34 mm2 (26-24 AWG)
tube length: approx. 26 mm
inner diameter: 1.5 mm
working temperature: -55°C ~ 125°C
