CARBON PIPE 3*2,3*1000 mm / 3K - CROSS SPLIT

The tube is made of diagonally arranged 3K carbon fiber.

These tubes are not manufactured using the common and cheap technology in which fibers are laid only in the longitudinal direction. Our tubes are manufactured using the most sophisticated technology by laying the fabric in multiple layers in different directions (at least three angles) and then curing the matrix in a vacuum oven.

• outer diameter: 3 mm
• inner diameter: 2.3 mm
• length: 1000 mm

*Tubes up to a diameter of 5 mm, due to the difficult technology of manufacture have a tolerance:

• outer diameter from -0.05 mm to +0.2 mm
• roundness is usually 0.001 - 0.05 mm
• length 0.2 mm
• straightness: 0.01 - 0.15 mm over a length of 1000 mm
