ISDT Air 8 500W mini charger is a powerful smart charger with power supply from car battery or stabilized AC adapter and very simple and clear operation. The Air 8 is capable of charging and discharging popular cell types (NiCd, NiMH, LiPo, LiHV, ULiHV, Li-ion, LiFe, Pb), plus it comes with a built-in eight-channel balancer to ensure safe charging of lithium batteries. The charger is equipped with a color LCD display and touch-sensitive programming buttons, which will provide you with a convenient and very clear way to set parameters, control and monitor the charging/discharging process.

In addition to the miniature size with high performance and intuitive operation, the most noteworthy features are:

• a program for new types of "high-voltage" LiHV lithium batteries with a final charging voltage of up to 4.35 V and ULiHV with a final voltage of 4.45 V
• powerful balancer with a current of up to 1.5 A
• adjustable terminal voltage for charging and discharging lithium batteries (allows gentler charging, which is liked by aviators, or on the contrary, brutal overcharging, which is loved by "car enthusiasts")
• adjustable final charging voltage for lead-acid batteries (2.00-2.45 V; allows charging of all types of lead-acid batteries)
• ability to communicate and start charging/discharging without setting up the charger in cooperation with iSDT Smart modules for batteries (they store battery data and set charging parameters using the Bluetooth-connected BattAir app); the charger can work independently with a battery with a set Smart module or under the "supervision" of a smartphone with the BattAir and ISD Link apps (Android and iOS)

• Safe operation is influenced by a number of warning messages - wrong input voltage, wrong connection, wrong battery or battery condition, wrong polarity on output, etc.

The charger is equipped with an XT60 output socket and a universal socket for JST-XH service connectors, allowing you to directly connect the battery power cables and JST-XH service connectors of 2-8S kits - if you use kits with XT60 and JST-XH connectors , you can do without charging cables and adapters. You can use standard Sky RC or RC System adapters to connect the service connectors of other systems.
