High-quality carbon fabric, used as a construction material in modeling and many industries. Carbon fiber fabrics are used especially where high product strength combined with low weight is required. Their very high mechanical strength is due to carbon structures chemically similar to graphite, and the fact that the main component is almost exclusively graphite makes them infusible and chemically resistant. These fabrics are used by the energy industry, e.g. laminates for the production of wind turbine blades, in the aviation industry for the production of propellers and components strengthening the structure of the fuselage, wings and ballasts, in the production of yachts for elements particularly exposed to high loads, such as rudders, swords, masts , hulls, and even to strengthen sails, in the sports industry (carbon bicycle frames, sports arches, shoe soles). For a long time, this material has also been used in the field of extreme sports and motor sports, such as Formula 1 cars. In modeling, carbon fabrics and laminates are the structural elements of high-performance remote-controlled models (spars, bayonets, caissons, hulls, fins). Note: Laminates made of carbon fabrics very well shield all kinds of electromagnetic waves, so they should not be used in places where the receiver's antenna runs, because it may cause loss of coverage.
