The first album in the MOTO RETRO series is dedicated to the cars and motorcycles present on the streets and roads of pre-war Poland. Motorization, developing rapidly after World War I, aroused widespread interest and great excitement in Poland not only among men, but - to no lesser extent - among women as well. Vehicle owners organized themselves in automobile clubs as early as the early 1920s, held numerous rallies, races and shows, and were extremely eager to... photographed themselves in their 'automobiles. All photos presented in the album come from the collections of the National Digital Archive.
The album was provided with an introduction by Sobieslaw Zasada, a prominent automotive expert.
