Air modeling is an amateur sport practiced regardless of age. Both preschoolers and elderly people can take part in modeling competitions. Modeling classes play a special role in the overall development of children and young people. A young person who constructs and builds models thus develops knowledge in many fields of science, including such important fields as mathematics, physics, computer science and even history. Taking part in competitions, in turn, requires extensive knowledge of the basics of aerodynamics and meteorology ... This handbook presents the basic principles of conducting modeling classes in the classroom, in extracurricular activities or in a modeling club. It includes advice on how to organize a modeling workshop and on which models to start your adventure with aviation. The plans and detailed descriptions of the construction of the simplest flying models, such as cardboard and polystyrene indoor models, kites and hot air balloons, were presented. The flight rules of the models being built, as well as the rules of competitions intended for the youngest modelers, are also given.
