OLFA SAW-TYPE BLADE (LWB-3)

The new INSULATION BLADE marked LWB is an 18mm non-segmented blade with a wavy cutting edge. It is designed for cutting slippery materials such as insulating pipe sheaths covered with vinyl film, glass wool, rope, cardboard and stretch film - difficult to cut with regular LB blades. The wavy LWB blade also works well for cutting glass wool, which quickly dulls ordinary straight-edge blades! Thanks to the wavy edge shape, its sharpness lasts much longer. The lack of lines segmenting the blade allows users to cut dynamically with the blade fully extended.

The LWB blade fits all OLFA handles for 18mm blades, except that due to the nature of cutting, handles with a blade lock using a knob will be more suitable. The blister-packed container contains 3 blades. OLFA recommends LWB blades for professionals.

NOTE

OLFA blades are extremely sharp. Take extra care when cutting and replacing the blade. Used blades can also be dangerous - before throwing them away, protect them using, for example, the containers in which new blades are delivered, or use special containers DC-2 and DC-4. Keep OLFA knives and blades out of the reach of children !
