Application:

  • used for curved and straight cutting of ferrous alloys, non-ferrous metals and plastics
  • one-sided narrow blades
  • correct tension of the blade prevents it from deviating from the cutting line
  • designed for manual frames

Characteristic:

  • made of high quality German Carbon STEEL tool steel
  • milled teeth with the use of special worm cutters allow to obtain teeth with the right and properly selected geometry
  • the process of shaping the teeth, also called waving, ensures smooth operation of the blade and eliminates the phenomenon of jamming the teeth during cutting
  • fully monitored process of induction hardening of the saw blades guarantees the proper hardness and elasticity of the teeth, which prevents them from breaking out during cutting
