ORACOVER AIR ADHESIVE 100ml (0961)

ORACOVER® AIR adhesive has been specially developed for the best bonding of long films, for the creation of airships and airships.

It must be applied THINLY on both sides of the seam area, ironed at 70 ° C - 80 ° C, after drying.

We produce the right glue (applies to Oracover) for every application, for example to prepare wooden surfaces for easy ironing: the liquid glues penetrate the wood, tightly and permanently sticking unstable fibers to the surface. This prevents the fibers from detaching under stress and the cover from peeling off, which is a typical cause of wrinkles. The detached fibers will get into the adhesive layer of the cover films, preventing proper adhesion. Also, additional ironing does not really solve the problem: the cover film shrinks well, but the adhesive layer that has been mixed with the detached fibers can no longer adhere properly to the surface. Our liquid adhesives are exactly matched to the adhesives used in our coating films. Therefore, always choose an adhesive that is suitable for the covering film used. The consumption of glue is approx. 20 g / m2, based on dry mass. It is important that the glue dries completely before coating to prevent bubbles from forming. If our adhesives dry slightly in an open can, you can restore their original viscosity by adding an appropriate thinner.
