The thickness of the sanding blocks (the second dimension in the description) at an angle of 0° is given together with the sandpaper (with a sandpaper thickness of 0.6 mm, that is, the dimension of the block is smaller than the nominal one by 1.2 mm).

The blocks are marked with an angle and a number indicating the length of the sandpaper without folds. The sandpaper is fixed on one side in a contoured groove (without a crease for thicker papers, or with a crease for thin or fine ones) by means of a pressure block, which is fixed with a screw and nut. The kit does not include sandpaper, which must be purchased separately (see MPJ 9645XX) or cut to size yourself.

Available in two versions - economy and standard.

The economy version includes M4 x 12 mm Allen head screws (MPJ 0430 SB), M4 nuts (MPJ 0108 SZ) and a washer (MPJ 0704 SZ) for attaching the sandpaper. The set does not include a 3 mm Allen wrench (MPJ 0903 SB).

The standard version includes M4 thumb screws (MPJ 1528) and M4 nuts (MPJ 0108 SZ) for attaching sandpaper.
