The chamfer grinding device can be adjusted from 0-15 mm x 45°. On both sides there is a millimeter scale for setting the desired degree of bevel (chamfer). This dimension is adjusted by tightening the screw on the adjustment block. Grinding is carried out until the workpiece being ground is flush with both rulers.
The device uses two 30 x 45 mm sanding papers. The way they are arranged is shown in the product photo - the sandpaper is placed on the outer edge of the device (so that a gap is left in the middle for the material to be sanded) and on the locating lines.
