Do you know that:
The Yak-12 is a Soviet multi-role aircraft from 1947, constructed by the Alexander Jakovlev design office, also produced under license in Poland and used, among others, by in Polish military and civil aviation. The last, improved version of the Yak-12A was produced from 1957. It was an aerodynamically refined plane, the fuselage became slimmer, the engine cover section was reduced. As a result, the performance and lifting capacity of the aircraft improved. The rectangular wing had a trapezoidal outline of the tips, was supported by one brace instead of two and equipped with automatic slots. The horizontal section has a trapezoidal outline instead of a rectangular one. The aircraft's pilot and navigational equipment was enriched, and a shuttlecock was used instead of a control stick. A total of 3,801 Yak-12 aircraft were built in the USSR.
